What Is This Site?
This site is the work of an A-Level Student at St Cenydd
School in Caerphilly South Wales, UK.In
January of 1998 I began an assignment for my European History Course. This involved an
in-depth historical study of the subject of my choice. The subject I chose was Castell
Morgraig.
I decided to use the castle for my assignment as since I
was very interested in Welsh history and especially the mystery of the ruin of Morgraig
which no one seemed to know very much about.
Towards the end of my assignment I decided to use my
internet and web design knowledge to increase the volume of information on Morgraig that
is online. In conjunction with a Year 7/8 class and my tutor, I developed an Online
presence for Morgraig developing it further with my interpretation of how it may have
looked (view the reconstruction here).
